Piper Kamins

Piper joined The Ralph M. Parsons Foundation in 2014. Her previous nonprofit experience includes several years in program management at Chrysalis, helping homeless and low-income individuals to find employment, as well as at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, working on early childhood and youth development programs. Piper has also consulted in criminal justice research for the Vera Institute of Justice and the Cambridge Police Department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she was a Fellow with the Program in Criminal Justice Policy.
